Avantasia's latest album, The Scarecrow, has stormed into the charts throughout Europe. It was released on January 28 and here the opening chart positions.
The highest position was no. 6 in the Czech Republic.
The second highest position was no. 8 in homeland Germany.
In both Sweden & Hungary it reached no. 10.
No. 16 is where it came into in Austria.
Switzerland put it in at no. 17.
In Finland it got to no. 26.
The English chart (the U.K. chart excluding Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland) entered it at no. 29.
Japanese people made it enter in at no. 49.
Belgium let it go to no. 50.
No. 58 is where the French placed it.
Finally, Holland found it at no. 65.
These are quite good results for the first couple of weeks. I want the album for my birthday; I think it is great!
